Data controller.
The data controller is Il Marmo S.r.l., Via degli Etruschi 8 – Z.I., 33080 San Quirino (PN), VAT IT 01636270934. For privacy enquiries, email info@ilmarmo.pn.it.
Data and purposes.
Technical data such as IP address, request date and time, page visited and device information may be processed to display and secure the website and diagnose problems.
When you contact Il Marmo by email or telephone, the information you provide is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation or carry out pre-contractual and contractual activities.
Legal basis and retention.
Technical data is processed for the legitimate interest of website security and operation. Voluntary data is processed to answer enquiries, take pre-contractual steps or perform a contract, and retained only as long as necessary and required by law.
Recipients and transfers.
Technical and hosting providers acting for the controller may process data. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, transfers use the safeguards required by applicable law.
Cookies, preferences and analytics.
The website uses tools required for operation and security. The analytics choice is stored in the browser for six months and can be changed at any time through Cookie preferences at the bottom of the page.
Only with the user’s consent, the website loads Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to produce statistics on visited pages. The measurement ID is G-CZZ7H7GR0M. Advertising features remain disabled and the tag is not loaded without consent. Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_* cookies, normally for up to two years. Consent is the legal basis and may be withdrawn at any time.
Google may process technical data and online identifiers on behalf of the controller, including outside the EEA, using the safeguards required by applicable law. Google Privacy Policy.
Professional Area and service communications.
Account registration and management use the profile and contact details you provide. Passwords are stored only as derived hashes, not as readable text. Projects, rooms, saved materials, notes and boards belong to the account; sample requests include the selected materials and delivery details you provide. Do not enter sensitive data or unnecessary personal information about other people in notes.
Authorised staff manage profiles, sample requests and their history. Other professionals cannot view your account’s projects. Downloaded PDF boards can be shared by the person downloading them: check their contents before forwarding them.
Resend sends activation, password recovery and service update emails. It receives the recipient’s email address and the content needed for the message. These messages do not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Administrators may opt in to device notifications. We store the technical delivery endpoint and subscription encryption keys, using the browser or operating system’s push service. Alerts do not include professionals’ names or contact details. Disabling notifications in the panel removes the subscription from our records; emails remain enabled.
A technical cookie secures the sign-in session for up to 12 hours, or 30 days if you select “Remember me”. Your browser also stores technical preferences, such as dismissing the Help guide and stone library filters; you can delete these in your browser settings. To request account deletion or exercise the rights described in this notice, contact info@ilmarmo.pn.it.
Your rights.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing and, where applicable, withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority. Send requests to info@ilmarmo.pn.it.
Updates.
This notice may be updated following changes to the website, services or applicable law.
